   UV printed patches take full colour, gradients and photos. Laser engraved patches burn through to the layer beneath, so the art must be one colour.

2. 2.Drop in your art

   Upload, paste, or try a sample. LineSmith traces it — colour layers for UV, a clean black & white trace for laser.

3. 3.Choose the blank

   Rectangle, circle, hexagon or shield, with a border margin and patch colour. The blank's outline becomes a red cut line.

4. 4.Export

   SVG, PDF, DXF, LightBurn .lbrn2 or xTool .xcs — the cut line sits on its own layer, ready for the laser.
